Refunds are processed based on the cancellation timeline as defined in our Cancellation Policy.

Refund Process

  • Eligible refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method
  • A processing fee of 2.5% may apply

Non-Refundable Items

  • Services already consumed or used
  • No-show bookings
  • Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the trip start date
